This whole blog began because I bought the Motorola Droid 6 weeks ago. Up until that point I’ve studied internet marketing some what religiously, but once I had the best phone ever created connecting me to the internet 24/7 I couldn’t help but be more involved with ALL happenings on the world wide web.
I’ve had a lot of interest in starting a blog cataloging everything I’ve learned and much more that I plan on learning. The real question is why am I building another internet marketing blog when there are so many out there currently. Let me list to you my motives for creating this blog and what I hope to accomplish:
- I’m always starting new websites which I literally start from the ground up and I would really like to catalog what I’m doing, learning and accomplishing as I build/optimize them.
- SEMblem will be a testing ground for ideas and tactics I want to try. Often times, SEMblem itself will be subjected to tests and ideas I may have.
- I don’t plan on making any money with this project, that’s not the point. I hope to learn and share my knowledge as I go along.
- Get readers and subscribers to follow what I learn and give me feedback on what I am learning as I go along.
I don’t plan on this blog being a play-by-play of my personal life or what I’m doing. Instead, it will be specifically focused on Internet Marketing and what I am learning as I go through the process. I plan on the process taking a long time, even years. But I want this to be my play ground and sandbox for ideas, learning and testing. Welcome!
